MTV i kino
Już po raz dwunasty odbędzie się rozdanie statuetek MTV Movie Awards. Nagrody przyznają widzowie stacji MTV. Zwycięzcy konkursu zostaną wyłonieni 5 czerwca w Los Angeles podczas uroczystej gali wręczenia nagród MTV Movie Awards 2003.
W tym roku o miano najlepszego filmu walczą: "8 Mila", "Władca Pierścieni", "Spider-Man", "Barbershop" i "Krąg".
Nagrody wręczać będą: Adrien Brody, Queen Latifah, Will Smith, Claire Danes, Colin Farrel, Harrison Ford, Mya, Samuel L.Jacksoni i inni.
Cameron Diaz, Lucy Liu, Drew Barrymore, Will Farrell, Wanda Sykes i Vince Vaughn sparodiują podczas gali wybrane sceny z hitów kinowych ostatnich miesięcy.
MTV po raz pierwszy nagradza w kategorii "Najlepszy Aktor Animowany".
Podczas uroczystości twórcy filmowi nagradzani są w tak nietypowych kategoriach jak "Najlepszy Pocałunek", "Najlepszy Czarny Charakter", "Najlepsza Walka".
MTV Polska w dniach 28-29.06 2003 roku pokaże relacje z gali podczas specjalnego weekendu poświęconego nagrodom filmowym MTV.
Głównymi sponsorami ceremonii MTV Movie Awards 2003 są; 7-Up, General Motors, Infogrames, Johnson & Johnson, L'Oreal, Taco Bell, Toyota, Virgin Mobile, and Visa.
